About Dr. Rhema Chatiya Nantham
I specialize in global and minority leadership development, centered on the philosophy that transformative leadership begins with identity work. By cultivating empathy and amplifying marginalized voices, I help organizations develop inclusive leaders capable of navigating a complex, globalized world.
My approach is informed by my own multicultural identity as a Third Culture Kid (TCK). Having lived across various continents from adolescence, these experiences fueled my doctoral research into the lives of women of color with internationally mobile backgrounds. My PhD study provided a critical platform for these women, shedding light on the intersections of race and gender while identifying the specific resilience required to lead in those spaces.
Today, I translate that research into actionable leadership programs for minority groups and global executives. I am committed to facilitating the challenging conversations necessary to bridge the gap between diverse lived experiences and systemic leadership equity.
