About Dr. Rhema Chatiya Nantham
Dr. Chatiya Nantham specializes in global and minority leadership development, centered on the philosophy that transformative leadership begins with identity work. By cultivating empathy and amplifying marginalized voices, she helps organizations develop inclusive leaders capable of navigating a complex, globalized world.
Dr. Chatiya Nantham’s approach is informed by her own multicultural identity as a Third Culture Kid (TCK). Having lived across various continents from adolescence, these experiences fueled her doctoral research into the lives of women of color with internationally mobile backgrounds. Her PhD study provided a critical platform for these women, shedding light on the intersections of race and gender while identifying the specific resilience required to lead in those spaces.
Today, she translates that research into actionable leadership programs for minority groups and global executives. Dr. Chatiya Nantham and EmanciLead are committed to facilitating the challenging conversations necessary to bridge the gap between diverse lived experiences and systemic leadership equity.
